Join in as small batch condiment history is made with the first-ever event for The Secret Sauciety, where you will get to taste a lineup of amazing sauces, meet cool people, eat great food, and drink craft beer.

Tickets are just $5 in advance or $10 the day of.

Tentative schedule:

7:30-7:45pm: Introduction. What Is The Secret Sauciety? James Colistra will introduce himself and share his vision for the first and only social club built around the world’s best small batch condiments. Guests can order beer (sold separately on-site). Pizza and wings will be delivered.

7:45-8:00pm: The co-owner and Head Brewer of Montclair Brewery, Leo Sawadogo, will share his own story of launching a local craft beer microbrewery, and what goes behind the original, local-inspired, and culturally intriguing beers. He will also discuss his own love of sauce making, and provide a brief tour of the brewery.

8:00-8:45pm: Guided Sauce Tasting. Participants will get to taste an array of different condiments and learn what makes them unique. From hot sauces, to barbecue sauces and several other types. A panel of experts will participate in helping to describe the flavor profile of each sauce.

8:45-9:30pm: Guests can continue to try condiments, drink great beer and network.
