Opening Alert: Rasco’s Pizzeria, Edgewater, NJ

Owners chef Tony and Krista Falardo have brought Rasco’s, a new pizzeria to Edgewater.

The first time pizzeria owners offer pizza (View Menu) made from scratch baked in a Marsal pizza oven, giving slices and pies the “crispy crust everyone wants”. Slices are “larger than average” and will have a “heartier” taste than the common area slice. There is also a pan pizza, calzones and a “great salad bar” to balance the pizza offerings.

The small space has a few seats inside, with more outside especially in the nice weather. The mostly grab and go spot offers both lunch and dinner service.
