Local mini-chain Viva Margarita isn’t done yet, they’ve opened their third location in Edgewater.

After coming to Cliffside Park and then Wallington late last year, they’ve taken the place of shuttered Italian restaurant and bar Acapella West, serving their menu (View Menu) of Mexican with a California and Arizona influence.

Their team of Fernando, who has been managing in New York City for over 30 years and Chef Ricardo, who grew up in Mexico City working with in the family taco business and worked in New York in a variety of cuisines will continue their trend of “regular size plates with a high quality ingredients”.

The restaurant and bar is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
