Bonchon Releases Sweet Crunch Sauce to All Locations

Bonchon, the global Korean fried chicken restaurant chain, has debuted a new flavor named Sweet Crunch to go with their original sauces of Soy Garlic and Spicy.

This is the first new sauce offering in 17 years for Bonchon, part of the brand’s expansion across multiple markets in 2019 as they add 25 new US locations. They currently have nearby North Jersey locations in Fort Lee, Leonia, and Midland Park..

The Sweet Crunch sauce is reminiscent of dakgangjeong — a Korean delicacy of sweet crispy fried chicken coated in sticky sauce — and subtle honey flavor. The fine-casual dining restaurant also features a full menu (View Menu) of Asian fusion cuisine and Korean specialties like kimchi, bulgogi, japchae, and more.
