Zinburger Partners with Beyond Meat for New Menu Items

Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar, the upscale burger concept, is partnering with Beyond Meat to offer its guests a 100 percent plant-based patty. Zinburger has created a special bowl for their spring seasonal menu, though guests will also have the option of substituting the plant-based patty on regular menu items.

The Beyond Burger patty will be available at all 17 Zinburger East Coast locations including Paramus, Clifton and Nanuet. The Beyond Burger Vegan Bowl features The Beyond Burger patty on a bed of baby arugula, red quinoa, radish, grilled Portobello mushrooms and stir-fried vegetables that’s topped with lemon vinaigrette, tamari glaze and scallions. The Beyond Burger is made entirely from plants without GMOs, soy or gluten.
