Green Fusion, a “pure” vegan and vegetarian fine dining restaurant, has opened in Ridgewood.

Ownership owns another vegan/vegetarian restaurant in Boston and has brought in chefs with NYC, farm to table experience and another in continental cuisine.

Together they bring out some “nice flavors which you can taste”. Ridgewood has been on their radar for this project as they love the town and it’s variety of restaurants – plus the lack of a “fine dine pure vegetarian and vegan restaurant” in the area.

They are serving a menu  for lunch, dinner and brunch where everything is made from scratch. There also a selection of vegan desserts, smoothies and fresh juices.

Currently with plans to have a grand opening in the next week or so, the restaurant is open seven days a week.
