Salud Cafe, a new healthy eatery, has opened in Englewood. The shop, which is located inside NJ Eye and Ear, offers a selection of plant-based items from local prepared food business Kale & Co (Website).

Kale & Co launched in 2013, selling dishes that are locally sourced, plant-based, and organic plus no GMOs, artificial ingredients or animal products. The menu (View Menu) choices includes many of the Kale & Co favorites, plus a cafe serving drinks crafted from Brooklyn-based roaster Devoción coffee (Website),

Devoción uses hand-selected beans from Colombia — they’ve developed long-term relationships with coffee growers and pay fair-trade or higher.
