Pho Today Expanding to East Rutherford
Pho Today, a the Vietnamese restaurant with locations in South Plainfied and Fort Lee, is expanding once again in Bergen County.
According to their social media, an East Rutherford location is in the works. Their menu (see Fort Lee below) features pho (proteins include filet, oxtail, brisket, meatball, shrimp, chicken, tripe and more), noodles, rice plates, banh mi sandwiches, smoothies and other options.
Supposedly this new storefront should open in 3-4 weeks time.
