Firenza Pizza, a fast-casual create your own pizza chain, has opened it’s first Jersey location in Secaucus. The chain is one of the many brands fighting in this space with increased expansion, including a shop expected sometime later this year in Paramus.

The pizzeria offers a menu (View Menu) of customizable pies with crusts (including gluten-free) which are made in-house from scratch everyday. The regular option is crafted from imported 00 flour and proofed for a minimum of four hours.

Choose from seven homemade sauces and all-natural cheese, then 40+ toppings — cooked for about three minutes in the 800 degree oven. There’s also 10+ signature pies if create your own isn’t your thing — plus pastas, salads, oven baked wings and more.

Firenza is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
