Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas in Clifton Launches Spring Menu

Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas, the Italian small plates and fine wine concept, has just announced its newest menu items for the spring season.

Keeping with their belief of using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, the chefs at Spuntino make in-season produce the focus of dishes, “highlighting it’s natural flavors with simple seasonings and minimal preparation”.

Some of the new dishes (View Full Menu) that highlight these seasonal changes include: Grilled Asparagus with Parmesan cheese (toasted sunflower seeds and a mustard vinaigrette), Baby Arugula & Plum Salad with crumbled Gorgonzola (toasted sunflower seeds, red onions, plums, cabernet vinaigrette), and Fig & Chocolate Bruschetta (Mascarpone cheese, figs, chocolate chips, honey, mint, sliced almonds).

Spuntino’s mixologist used citrus flavors as inspiration for this year’s spring cocktails. Edible flowers also continue to be popular, freezing them into ice cubes to add a “pop of color to beverages”.

Spuntino is open seven days a week.
