Levity Live, the popular comedy venue at Palisades Center in West Nyack, has made significant changes to their food menus with the arrival of new corporate Executive Chef Geno Fontanoza.

With over 25 years of experience (L’ermitage-Beverly Hills, Andreas at the Wynn-Las Vegas), Fontanoza is focused on developing signature dishes for local venues and expanding the overall culinary experience for Levity Live and sister brands Improv and Copper Blues.

While looking for flavors that would complement the comedy club experience, they’ve migrated towards shareable items in the new menu (View Menus) that launched late last month. While all items are new or have been revised, new items include street tacos, flat bread pizzas, pretzel sticks, buffalo cauliflower, and sliders – many of the recipes now include vegetarian and gluten free options.
