Eddie V’s to Open at Garden State Plaza in Paramus
Eddie V’s, a “prime seafood” restaurant and bar, is coming soon to Paramus at Garden State Plaza.
Replacing the now shuttered Legal Seafoods, this would be the first New Jersey location for the 20+ outlet chain.
The menu (View Boston Menu) focuses on seafood that arrives daily from around the world and hand-cut USDA Prime steaks that are “specially aged” for more than 28 days — plus a wine list of over 300 chocies that’s been recognized by Wine Spectator.
There’s no specific timeline yet on a potential opening.
