Prime Fusion, a butchery and restaurant, is coming soon to Wayne.

Offering both a traditional steakhouse dining and butcher/meat counter experiences, Chef Rudy Straker (Patria, MSG Private Dining, Hard Rock Casino) is bringing his classically trained skill set to the 1600 square foot space.

The menu will include only USDA PRIME cuts of beef — customers will be able to buy the same steaks from the connected butcher shop. There’s also going to be smoked bbq (St Louis ribs, burnt ends, pork belly burnt ends) with Asian-inspired glazes and sauces, tacos all day, and in-house smoked pastrami.

Other options are Korean fried chicken, lobster rolls, and a slew of sides like mac and cheese, pickles, various potato preparations (chips, fries), and more.

With a 50 seat dining room, Straker is aiming to open sometime this April.
