Gong Cha, an international bubble tea chain hailing from Taiwan, has opened in Fort Lee. A location at Garden State Plaza in Paramus opened two years ago.

They serve a menu (View Menu) of many different bubble tea, milk tea, tea latte, and slush flavors/varieties. Their specialty id fresh brewed tea, which is supposedly a big difference since many places use powdered tea

The tea itself is brewed every 4 hours, they cook the pearl bubbles every 4 hours, and source all their tea directly from Taiwan. There’s also a signature “milk foam”, which is a slightly salted cream topping.

Hours of operation are seven days a week beginning at 11:00am.
