Kura Sushi, the “revolving sushi bar”, is coming to Fort Lee. With locations currently in California, Texas, Georgia, Illinois, and Nevada, this would be their first in New Jersey — they operate over 400 worldwide including in Japan and Taiwan.

Dishes are served along a conveyor belt (kaiten) that passes the table and can also be ordered via touchscreen. They offer a menu (View Website) of sushi and “authentic Japanese dishes” — like chicken, noodles (ramen, udon), soup, tempura, and more.

The restaurant is aiming to open in 2020.
