The Hill Coming Later This Year to Closter

The Hill, a “casual setting” restaurant is headed for Closter according to the New York Times (Read Full Article).

Bigger than the menu or the space in the former Harvest Cafe location, will be the chef at the helm of this venture. Chef Ben Pollinger, known for his time at Oceana – where it received a Michelin star (his Wikipedia bio) – not only seafood (as most would expect) but also game birds and vegetables.

The aforementioned casual space will include the “warm look of a farmhouse” and “no tablecloths” after a “cosmetic renovation and a replacement of most of the kitchen equipment” has been completed. According to the article, the restaurant is coming in November.
