Guest Chef: Michelin Star Chef, Massimo in Suffern

Michelin Star Chef, Massimo from Milan, Italy is going to spend the winter season in the Hudson Valley at the Chef Table at Marcello’s in Suffern, NY. He is showcasing 5 course tasting menus on select Friday, Saturday and Sundays in December.

Massimo has brought his talents to many NYC and Hampton restaurants over the years, plus he’s champion of the 2016 Primo di New York — the first competition to recognize New York’s best pasta dish — organized by Italian pasta company Pastificio di Martino in collaboration with the James Beard Foundation.

A self-taught chef, Massimo has spent over 25 years in Italy, France and Spain — including a Michelin Star for his own Northern Italian restaurant in 2008.

The 5 course meals are $75 per person or $100 per person including a Terresacre wine pairing and are limited up to 10 seats per seating. Dates include December 5th-7th, 12th-15th, 19th-20th, and 27th-29th.
