Rob Cho of Kimchi Smoke (Website) went to social media (View Post) earlier today to share some news about his Westwood storefront.

The business will be “transitioning out of Westwood”  over the “next 2 months” and encourages guests to use gift cards and certificates “as soon as you can”.

He thanks all the supporters over the years along with those for “trusting us in uncertain times” alluding to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Plans are for “concentrating on Catering” and various events (including food truck ones) that are already “lined up”.

He also reiterates that “Ridgewood will still be open” and that’s it’s only a six short miles from Westwood.

While they will offer much of the existing menu (brisket, pastrami, etc), he suggests coming to Westwood “while you can” to enjoy the ODB chicken sandwich and General Cho’s Chicken as they won’t be available “on a regular basis” in Ridgewood.
