Just Salad, the chain of salad restaurants, is coming to Bergen County.

It was created in NYC back in 2006 and has locations around the country with another slated for Paramus.

Focused on sustainability, health and connection — features “intentional ingredients” and focuses on making “everyday health + everyday sustainability possible”.

The menu (View Menu) includes signature salads, warm bowls, wraps, smoothies, soups and more. There’s also seasonal choices and the ability to filter options such as climatarian, keto, vegan, gluten-free and paleo.

As far as sustainability, they run a large reusable program, use carbon labeling, reduce reliance on single-use packaging and continually tweak their menu for improved climate conscious options.

No word yet on an opening date.
