Opening Alert: Brine, Fair Lawn, NJ

Brine, the fast-casual restaurant from New York City, has opened in Fair Lawn.

The 1500 square-foot restaurant is situated in the Fair Lawn Promenade Shopping Center.

Since opening their doors in 2018, Brine offers “fresh, indulgent and healthy lunch or dinner options” that are “all made to order in house”. Brine’s name is inspired by the signature 36-hour chicken brining process they use prior to fire grilling.

Designed by NYC firm Wid Chapman Architects, the space offers indoor and outdoor seating.

The menu (View Menu) offers a selection of tenders, bowls, salads, sandwiches, and sauces. Each ingredient is “mindfully sourced from local partners” and prepped in-house daily.

“As a New Jersey resident, I am incredibly proud to bring Brine to my homefront and to share our passion for juicy chicken with our community,” said Brine Founder/CEO Dan Mezzalingua.

It’s currently open Monday through Sunday from 11:30am-10:00pm.
