Brine, a NYC restaurant, is expanding to Fair Lawn. It will be opening at the Fair Lawn Promenade shopping center.

Their website promotes they offer “New York’s juiciest chicken” which goes from “the brine, to the fire, to your plate”. This includes the 24 hour brining of chicken before being “fire grilled”.

The menu (View Menu) includes chicken meals, tenders, bowls, sandwiches, salads, sides and more.

The center is also the home to Starbucks, Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, Qdoba, Habit Burger, and Bite among others.

No word yet on an opening date.
