Bageriet, a new bakery business, has opened in Hackensack.

After selling their last business — a franchise they created from scratch — ownership decided it was time for a new chapter. They’ve been cooking and baking their whole life, crafting dishes without recipes, delighting friends, family and customers along the way.

They are offering fresh baked goods that are made in-house. The baked goods always “flew off the shelves” at the previous concept Planted Eats (it’s located in the same space), so a bakery felt like a natural fit.

The menu offers both Swedish and French classics include cookies, pastries, cakes, doughnuts, bread, sandwiches, breakfast items, bubble tea, coffee and more. They will also offer many vegan and gluten-free options.

Currently the shop is open seven days a week till 7:00pm.
