Virtual Concept Pita Greek Will Open Next Month in Pearl River
Pita Greek, a virtual ghost kitchen concept, is opening in Rockland County this December.
Available for takeout, curbside and delivery, orders of their traditional Greek dishes with a “light, fresh twist”, must be made online.
The food is crafted by chef Nicholas Lambos out of AquaTerra Grille, with a menu (Visit Website) that will focus on pita sandwiches, bowls, salads, and souvlaki. Customers will be able to build their own meals, choosing from proteins (chicken, lamb or mushrooms), base (salad or rice), spreads, and sauces — similar to fast casual concepts like Chipotle.
Right now ownership is promoting an opening date of December 1st.
