Sombrero Tacoria, a “fast casual authentic Mexican” restaurant, has opened their anticipated location in Ridgewood.

What began as a food truck in Paterson is now expanding to a second location — the first is in Totowa and came a year after the success of the truck.

Their menu for Ridgewood (View Menu) includes tacos, quesadillas, burritos and more with dishes crafted in-house like their homemade salsas — plus meats that are marinated overnight before cooking. They also recently added the very trendy birria tacos to their menu.

They will be serving lunch, dinner and everything in between seven days a week.
