Pete’s Meats & Grill, a butcher shop and seasonal American restaurant, has opened in Wayne.

Owner Pete DiMarco, has been in the restaurant supply industry for over 25 years and expanded his home delivery offerings during the pandemic.

The new shop and eatery is helmed by chef Alex Diaz, who’s spent 20+ years previously with “executive roles in NYC’s finest establishments”.

With a menu (View Menu) that features USDA Prime Meats and “high quality seafood”. In addition they will offer smoked ribs, briskets, sausages, and house-made pastrami.

Open for takeout and delivery, current hours are Monday-Thursday from 10:30am-7:00pm, Friday from 10:30am-8:00pm and Saturday from 10:00am-8:00pm.
