It was a year after closing before Dan Reilly of Reilly’s Rib Cage announced his next move. Now it’s been another year since Boozy Burbs broke the story of his comeback — but now it’s official, the restaurant is back and open at a new location in Hillsdale.

Reilly has been working hard to get open since he closed his popular Bergenfield outpost — the owner/pitmaster has been honing his skills for over a decade.

The restaurant offers a menu (View Menu) that features meats raised without hormones or antibiotics — brisket, pulled pork, chicken, ribs — all cooked in a Southern Pride smoker.

In addition to the meats served by the pound, there’s also platters, street tacos, sandwiches, sides (mac & cheese, baked beans, coleslaw, cornbread, etc) and more.  Reilly expects to fine tune his menu as time moves forward.

The store is currently open six days a week (closed Mondays) for lunch and dinner.
