Hot Fish, a new Chinese restaurant, has opened in Hackensack. It is now the second Chinese restaurant at the Home Depot shopping center along with Lotus Cafe. This is also their second location, the first is located in Brooklyn.

The menu (see below) is Sichuan cuisine, typically known for it’s spiciness. Of course there’s lots of seafood/fish on the menu, along with soups, noodles, and rice dishes. A selection of skewered proteins is also available.

The restaurant is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
