Chop’t Salad to Open Location in Montvale

Chop’t, the “creative salad company” chain that began in NYC (which we broke news of an upcoming Paramus location earlier this year), is also expected to open at The Shoppes at DePiero Farm in Montvale. “Daytime Cafe” First Watch is also expected to join the business at the shopping center (View Article).

The menu (View Menu) includes pre-configured signature salads and grain bowls (think quinoa), however anyone who’s stood on line in Manhattan during lunch time knows many people create their option to order.

The choices include greens, 8+ cheese, 15+ choppings (various vegetables), grains (quinoa, beans, etc), crunch (walnuts, tortilla chips, etc), “the goods” (avocado, chicken falafel, etc) along with the 25+ homemade dressings.

Chop’t also has a board in each store, informing customers of what local artisans, farms, and other suppliers they are sourcing from.
