What’s crazier than a life-changing Chonut? How about a Chimney Cake Chonut?

Chef Robert Austin Cho got began his food business empire by popping up at various business throughout the Tri State area before opening his first brick and mortar in 2016 in Bergenfield. Now he returns the favor by hosting a popup at his location in Westwood.

Nicole Shaw-Provillon spent 4 yrs in Budapest where she first ate a chimney cake and fell in love with them. She was mentored by an award-winning baker and the Hungarian Embassy in DC serves her chimney cakes at their biggest public event of the year. She launched her own chimney cake company Kurly Kurtosh back in 2018.

Kurly Kurtosh brings their Hungarian sweet pastries to Kimchi Smoke on Sunday, March 31 from 2:00-6:00pm.
