Chop’t Salad Chain Coming to Paramus

Chop’t, the “creative salad company” chain that began in NYC (now in DC and North Carolina too), is coming to Bergen Town Center according to sources. City chicken finger chain Sticky’s Fingers Joint also recently revealed they would be coming to the mall (View Article).

The menu (View Menu) includes pre-configured signature salads and grain bowls (think quinoa), however anyone who’s stood on line in Manhattan during lunch time knows many people create their option to order.

The choices include greens, 8+ cheese, 15+ choppings (various vegetables), grains (quinoa, beans, etc), crunch (walnuts, tortilla chips, etc), “the goods” (avocado, chickem falafel, etc) along with the 25+ homemade dressings.

Chop’t also has a board in each store, informing customers of what local artisans, farms, and other suppliers they are sourcing from. No specific word on where in the mall this will be located hopefully more news as it develops.
