Launch Menu Up for The Hill in Closter

While we’re not ready to confirm an opening (we’ll leave that for the restless and highly excitable), heavily anticipated restaurant The Hill in Closter has a menu.

The menu (View Menu) is broken into three courses (apps, entrees and desserts). Entrees are in the $30 range – topping at $44 for the seasonal soft shell crabs. The menu will change frequently according to the site. There’s also a cocktail an wine menu listed.

Of course for those who forgot, The Hill is helmed by Chef Ben Pollinger, who received a Michelin star for his time at Oceana in the city.
