Chef Robert Austin Cho of Kimchi Smoke is introducing the Austin Cho Pop Up at Glaze Donuts in New Milford on Friday February 2nd.

On the collaborative menu will be the Chodog which is a giant sized beef hot dog with Bourbon Chipotle Sauce, Kimchi Chili, Cheese, Scallions on a torpedo glazed donut ($8), Spicy Chicken which is a spicy buttermilk fried chicken breast with Sriracha, remoulade, Slaw and Scallions on a roll ($10) or Glaze’s Belgian waffles ($13), and the Austin Cho Mi which is a bahn mi inspired sandwich with 12 hr smoked brisket, spicy pickled veggies, spicy aioli on a crusty French bread ($14), Brisket Nachos with fresh tortillas topped with brisket, Bourbon Chipotle Sauce and Cheese Sauce ($13).

The event will go from 5pm-9pm with Glaze offering their full donut, coffee and waffle menus.
