Kimchi Smoke BBQ, the popular eatery and alumnus many food festivals has been in soft open mode since October 12th at their new location in Westwood – after moving their operations from Bergenfield.

Chefs Timothy Culvert and Victor Oravetz, both of the old Park and Orchard regime in East Rutherford, have joined Pitmaster Robert Austin Cho and have added several new items to the Kimchi Smoke menu stable (View Online Ordering Menu) including New England Clam Chowder, N’Awlins Gumbo, Apple Crumble with Lemon Ginger Sauce, and the Westwood Salad.

Fans shouldn’t worry, the “life changing” Chonut, Bad as Texas Brisket, Korean Redneck Tacos, and Cholander Fries are still on the menu.

The 38 seat restaurant is open Wednesday-Saturday from 12:00pm-9:00pm.
