After a 24 year run as Whiskey Cafe, the next chapter for the “NJ legend” is being written by a new ownership team and are re-opening it as Whiskey Bar.

The large renovated space including room for 200 people (178 seats) will focus on “good food, good drinks, good service”. The sports bar/gastropub will offer comfort food from their scratch kitchen — burgers, sliders, wings — but with quality and presentation seen at a bistro. There will also be a little grab and go cafe in the commercial part of the building, with breakfast: bagels, coffee, etc.

Whiskey will still have an active bar with a cocktail program with specialty and seasonal options, craft beer and tap wine. The bar will be rounded out with 20 TVs within the newly renovated space. And yes… the car shows will continue, however no date has been set for an opening.
