Soba Noodle Azuma, a new restaurant in Fort Lee, has opened on Main Street. Soba noodles, which are a traditional Japanese noodle made with buckwheat, is made from scratch everyday at Azuma. They also promote that their servings are up to 300 grams – the normal serving is supposedly 100 grams – making Azuma a value compared to other restaurants. The soba is available in a number of varieties including served with Assorted Tempura, Shrimp and Vegetable Balls, Assorted Vegetable Tempura and more. Soba Azuma is open 7 days from 11:30am till 10:00pm.
