The Hudson Valley’s Annual Smoke and Fire Fest features a full roster of sizzling smoked and fiery foods from spice-loving regions around the Hudson Valley. As well as amazing live music and a chili contest to knock your socks off.

Feel the burn with thousands of others, as you sample award-winning hot sauces, spicy chocolates, and specialty foods. Taste a pepper or two, revel in face painting, and delight in red-hot family entertainment for all ages. Along with hot sauce vendors, we’ll have bites from regional restaurants, BBQ sauces, salsas, rubs, mustards, spices, jams, artisanal chocolates and other goodies waiting for you.
