The Snack Shack, the latest food operation (its been out of commission since Hurricane Sandy) at the Englewood Picnic Area (boat basin) in Englewood Cliffs, has opened today for the first time. The Shack is being run by Rosario D’Rivera – of Rosie’s Weenie Wagon fame – as she designed/oversaw the menu (see below) of breakfast, lunch and brunch (Sat & Sun only).

There’s items like eggs, burgers, fries, salads, smoothies – plus Rosie’s Weenie Wagon is on hand offering hot dogs right from the truck. The Shack hours are Monday thru Sunday from 10am till 6pm with the Wagon hours from 11am till 4pm. More information at either the Snack Shack or Rosie’s Weenie Wagon Facebook pages.
