Novo, the new “high end” and “modern” Mediterranean restaurant from Eli Kachlon (Gordon Ramsay at The London, Oceana), has opened in Ridgewood. The BYO will have a constantly changing seasonal menu (View Menu) of Chef Kachlon’s take on Mediterranean fare ― with specific influences from Europe, North Africa and the Middle East ― plus a dedicated pastry chef crafting their homemade desserts.

Novo is open for lunch (View Lunch Menu) and dinner ― and offers valet parking (as does neighboring restaurant Roots Steakhouse), which should be a bit of relief from the often frustrating Ridgewood parking dynamic. Reservations can be made via OpenTable or phone (201) 444-4910.
