Bryan Gregg (Chef and Owner of Escape Montclair) and Michael Weisshaupt (Executive Chef at Fiddlers Elbow Country Club) are co-hosting a five-course Bracco Farms wine pairing dinner on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at 6PM as part of monthly Farm-to-Fork dinners.

For the October event, Gregg and Weisshaupt will pool their culinary talents and craft a locally-sourced meal that will benefit the Carol G Simon Cancer Center of Morristown. The dinner will expand 5 courses and includes wine pairings by Heights Beer & Wine Emporium for $105.00 per person. Fifty percent of each ticket will be donated to Carol G Simon Cancer Center of Morristown.

“We have two goals with these monthly events. First, expose diners to true locavore dining experiences from multiple chefs whose focus and passion is farm-to-fork dining. Secondly, we are committed to giving back to Carol G Simon Cancer Center of Morristown for all the facility and staff did for me when I was battling cancer. ” said Chef Gregg. Seats for the event can be reserved by calling (973) 744-0712.
