Christmas Eve Dinner at City Perch in Fort Lee

Chef Sherry Yard has designed the ultimate holiday feast for City Perch Kitchen + Bar’s annual Christmas Eve Dinner. The four-course menu is filled with seasonally-inspired dishes, starting with a light Spinach and Ricotta Gnudi and zesty Roasted Beet and Citrus salad, followed by tender Herb-Crusted Prime Rib seared with yukon gold potatoes, sautéed garlic spinach, and horseradish crème fraiche. For a sweet ending, enjoy a rich Dark Chocolate “Buche De Noel,” a trio of cake, mousse and ganache, along with a caramelized Apple Tarte Tatin. The holiday spirit also includes a special gift from the chef. City Perch Kitchen + Bar’s Christmas Eve Dinner is $58 per person, $48 for iPic members. For an additional $30 per person, add a wine pairing specially selected by their in-house sommelier.
