Opening Alert: Gopchang Story BBQ, Fort Lee, NJ
Gopchang Story BBQ, a Korean restaurant that was established in 2004 as a “Gopchang House” in South Korea, has opened in Fort Lee.
With locations across the US (NYC, Boston, LA, DC), this is their first shop in New Jersey.
The menu (View Menu on Seamless) focuses on gopchang (beef intestines), makchang & many traditional-style Korean barbecue meat dishes like galbi as well as jeongol (Korean-style hot-pot).
Having replaced the now shuttered Shinpo Restaurant, the restaurant is open seven days a week from 11:00am till 10:00pm.
