Urban Bricks, a fast casual pizza chain, has opened it’s first Bergen County location in Paramus.

Their pizza is made with the “finest imported Italian flour”, then hand-tossed and layered with the “freshest available ingredients”.

Dough is hand-stretched to size, then cooked in an exclusive Neapolitan-style brick oven with double burners that are designed to heat the pizza at an extremely high temperature for approximately two minutes.

The menu (View Menu) includes pizza, pasta, salad, wings, gelato and more.

Hours of operation are Monday–Saturday 11:00am-9:00pm and Sunday 12:00pm to 9:00pm. Orders can be made in advance via the web for curbside takeout, delivery and catering.
