Bob-O’s Cheesesteaks, a new casual spot focusing on cheesesteaks, has opened in Ridgefield Park.

Owned by two guys named Bob, they are looking to become a staple with their local community. The kitchen is being run by Bill Peet, who is on leave as Executive Chef from Tavern on the Green — they are temporarily closed due to COVID-19.

They are serving a menu (see below) cheesesteaks crafted with ribeye or chicken, salads, sides and more. A number of “secret menu” items are being shared from time to time on social media — most recent were a chicken parm and meatball parm sandwich.

It is currently open six days week (closed Mondays) from 11:00am till 8:00pm.
