Brownstone Diner & Pancake Company has opened a new location in Bergenfield that’s replaced Matthew’s Diner.

Established in 1966, Brownstone began in Jersey City for over 40 years — it’s now Life Pancake Company (Read Story) — the popular spot was even featured on an episode of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives (Read NY Times Review).

The menu (Visit Website) covers all day breakfast (including their huge pancake selection), salads, burgers, paninis, wraps, sandwiches, fajitas, steaks/chops, seafood and more. There’s also a full bar of wine, beer, cocktails, frozen drinks, alcoholic coffees, adult breakfast drinks (brunch cocktails), and spiked floats.

It’s currently open seven days a week from 7:00am till 3:00pm.
