Bianco Blu, a full service fine dining restaurant, has opened in Edgewater. Helmed by Chef Enrico Geraldo, who’s previous endeavors were at Primavera Restaurant, Il Mulino Restaurant, Scallinatela Restaurant, “La Camila Restaurant, Il Postino Restaurant.

With a food menu (View Menu) that features salads, soups, pasta, meat/chicken/seafood entrees. A full bar offers wine along with permanent and specialty cocktails.

The restaurant is open seven days a week – noon till 10pm Monday thru Thursday, 11am till 10pm on Saturday, and 11am till 11pm on Sunday.
