Ventanas in Fort Lee Inspires David Burke’s US Open Venue

Sporting events are no longer limited to simple hot dogs and pretzels, operations like Yankees Stadium and Citi Field are home to brands like Shake Shack, Haru Sushi, and mozzarella stick vendor Big Mozz.

This includes a holdover from previous years named Mojito ― now named Mojito by David Burke. According to the article, it has been “transformed into a new Cuban-Asian-American fusion hotspot” which has a “menu is inspired by Ventanas”, the restaurant and bar he is affiliated with in Fort Lee.
