Noodle Hub, a Thai noodle restaurant, has opened in Tappan.

The menu features lots of Thai noodle dishes, with all sauces made in-house in small batches – they’re vegan and gluten free and contain no MSG or processed sugar. Protein choices include beef, chicken, pork, and shrimp with produce is sourced locally as much as possible – within a 4 hour radius.

Our collective carbon footprint and the environment are important to management – they are using compostable takeout containers and paper straws.

The restaurant is open six days (closed Mondays) a week.
