Roast’d, a new concept of neighborhood coffee roasteries, has opened their first storefront in Fort Lee. The store has an in-house coffee roaster for small-batch roasting, which is designed to ensure absolute freshness.

The beans run the gamut from light to dark, with “carefully selected” origins from all around the world. Customers can buy beans for home brewing or a brewed cup at the store. The drink menu includes pour-overs, lattes, espressos, teas and “very uniquely” developed cold brews on tap.

In addition, there are specialty eats like avocado toast, breakfast quiches, and a host of home style baked goods & treats to complement the coffees.

The roastery will focus on spreading the “knowledge and joy” of well roasted coffees with events like coffee tastings and brewing classes. For those looking to check it out, while the address is Bergen Boulevard, the entrance to the shop is via Route 46 East. Roast’d is open 7 days a week.
