Kimchi Smoke KTX in Paramus to open later this week
Kimchi Smoke KTX, the fast casual spinoff of Kimchi Smoke BBQ, will open for business this week in Paramus.
Located inside H-Mart at their Market Eatery food hall, pitmaster/owner Robert Austin Cho hopes to open more KTX locations within H-Mart’s throughout the Northeast.
The shop will feature new items (see menu below) like Adobo Chicken (his version of dak tori tang – gochujang braised chicken with potatoes) and KTX Dogs (cheese filled hot dogs with panko).
Starting August 7th, normal operating hours will be Wednesday to Sunday from 11:30am to 8:30pm.
