Kyo Ramen, a new ramen shop, has opened in Englewood.

The menu (see below) is ramen, tsukemen (cold noodle for dipping), and donburi bowls. They bring the ramen noodles in from Carlstadt purveyor Sun Noodle (like David Chang and Ivan Orkin; Read More) serving chicken paitan (chicken broth) and vegetable broth ramen.

According to the owners, they make everything (but the noodles) from scratch and are proud to offer the tsukemen, which they claim is hard to find in New Jersey.

The small space has two tables and eight seats at the bar for dining. Restaurant hours are 11:30am till 10:00pm seven days a week.
