Caribbean Delicacies, a fast casual restaurant serving Caribbean food, has opened in Carlstadt. They’ve been vendors at various local farmer’s markets and and are making the jump to retail.

With a focus on take out, delivery, and catering, their mission is to “produce and market healthy, safe, and tasty” foods, in particular “Caribbean Foods with a healthy twist”.

What makes it healthy? Ownership states they use ingredients free from preservatives and use cooking techniques that are based on grilling, baking, and sauteing. They don’t use fryers or microwaves in the restaurant (View Menu).

Hours are Monday thru Saturday from 11:00am-9:00pm and Sunday from 11:00am-6:00pm.
